last week i got these horrible cramps and i didnt get my period until an hour ago. (usually i get cramps the day before or the day of my period) and today i was so nauseated that i threw up. whats going on? im 14. my mom told me just to ignore the pain...im just confussed.

i got my period for the first time 3 years ago..so its not like its something new to me..

You may have been ovulating. Typically this happens about two before your period, but you're young yet and you body may not have regulated itself yet. I tend to get cramps and backache when I ovulate.
