okay so i really hate my stomache area. is it possible in anyway that i could get flatter abs in 4 days? i know it sounds kinda impossible but im willing to do anything. thanks a bunch!

Might be easier to buy 'hold my gut in' knickers till you get exercising and eating right.

Not really. The only way to lose stomach fat is to take in fewer calories than you burn. By eating almost nothing for 4 days, you could probably lose a few pounds, but not enough to make that much of a difference. You should do cardio every day, and reduce your calorie intake, making sure to each vegetables and sources of proteins (and good carbs like oatmeal, etc.). Do sit ups and other ab work as much as possible and over time you will lose weight. The best thing would be if you could go to a trainer or nutritionist and get them to estimate the number of calories you burn at rest. Then you can adjust your calorie intake and calorie burn through exercise to maximize weight loss. You really want to set up a caloric deficit of about 500 calories per day. That's 1 pound per week on average weight loss. If you want a flat stomach in 4 days, then you obviously want to wear a midriff exposing dress or something. My advice: don't wear that. You can't change enough in 4 days to make your stomach look good, so cover it up. Start exercising today, and eat right and soon you'll have a nice flat stomach.

You know that's not possible in 4 days. However if you get in the habit of standing up straight and holding your stomach muscles in you'd be surprised how much better you feel about it.

u would have to really exercise and bout starve to do it.
situps every other day and dont eat at night
