I have been taking ortho tricyclen lo for about 2 years. Last month I changed pills to Loestrin. I didn't get my period at all this cycle. Should I be worried? Or is it normal when switching pills?

ok i am thinking of getting a breast lift and a tummy tuck and i am tryin to do my research i am not getting this done until next year but i want to do my full research before i pick a doctor to do this. i am looking at doctors in my area but i just want to know what to to look for like the warning signs of a bad doctor and what to look for to let me know if he is a good doctor. i know bored certified is good but i heard just bc the doctors have that it does not nessicarly mean that they will do a good job. I do realize that there are risk I just dont want to be one of those patientance that went to any old doctor and the surgery went totally south. SO please help me thanks so much.

My girlfriend is on the pill and has been for the paast 6 monthes she has her periods on time every month and they useually last between 3 to 4 days on this month she came on as usuall but two days after coming of she started another period and it has lasted for 6 days why has this happened ??? i would appreiciate any comments

I have been perscribed 5 day course of penicillin for a jaw infection, my denist told me that the penicillin would counteract the contraceptive pill which i am on. I had sex with my boyfriend 8 days proir to this, but no since what are the chances of getting pregnant!?

I need to lose about 20 lbs before the summer! I need to lose weight and tone the legs, butt, abs, and arms. I'm 23 and female. I also have HIDEOUS stretch marks (from a pregnancy about 2 years ago) on my butt....how do i get rid of these? They are pretty bad, they look like swollen deep scratches. Any ideas, exercises, and such that would help? Im willing to do anything except surgery.....

Can a women be pregnant or have misscarriage with the following symptoms. Please read the story below.

We had sex for the first time (unprotected without condoms) with me as she was virgin, she was late so after doing a home pregnancy test the resutls were negative, and after 10 days from our encounter she had period, 10 days late from her original date, and when the period came they were flowing heavy with little chunks, and second period came as usuall the end date of her first period, and lasted only 5 days with little chunks again but lesser then first month period.

Does this mean that she can still be pregnant, or probably have misscarriage.

***For those who say misscarriage, how can it be possible if she had her period 10 days after having sex, doesn't the egg have to find its place or so.****

Please help us!!...Thanks.

Hi,

Usually my period lasts around 4 days and the first 2 days are really heavy!! And they have been regular for the past few months! But this month my period came a week early land lasted a whole 7 days but wasn't that heavy as it usually is!

Also, is a longer period better than a shorter one?

I cant remember if its from the first or last day of your last period that you start counting from, I always thought it was the first but I just can't remember so I want to be sure.

i have tried the pill and it makes me sick. so what else is there, yes i no condoms don't need to explain me that. also there is one that you inject some plastic thing into your arm and there is a needle too . but seein as i get sick i wont do the needle as that stuff lasts 4 3 months and you can't take it out. the plastic one you can.

any sugesstions on what to take?

My period was over two weeks late. Before it came, I was nausuous and tired. Once it did come, it was very light at first, which is not normal for me. Also, I normally bleed moderately for 4 days, and the 5th is very light. This time, it was very light days 1 and 2, and it is going on day 7 now, and its finally started picking up to a moderate pace. Also, there are alot of clots. Another thing thats strange is that I normally have terrible cramps, but this time, I have had none. Can anyone explain what might be going on?

I haven't drank more or faster than usual. I'm not pregnant, haven't been ill or lost weight. However, the last few times I've been out, I've ended up much much drunker (to the point of being sick) on no more, sometimes much less than I can normally drink and be fine. The only thing that's changed recently is for the last 6 weeks I've been taking Microgynon as a contraceptive. Does anybody know if this could be affecting my sensitivity to alcohol (or can suggest anything else that might?). p.s. I've had all the comments about embracing whatever's causing this as a means to a cheap night out! Once I'm happy it's nothing serious, i just might.

My best female friend was telling me .(.and I'm not trying to be gross) that she thinks that a peice of her inner vaginal lips ripped because she says there is a small peiece of skin just hanging down from her inner lip..like, its not connected anymore but says its not painful very often..I said that it may be a "skin tag" is this what its called or is it called something else?
