Can a women be pregnant or have misscarriage with the following symptoms. Please read the story below.

We had sex for the first time (unprotected without condoms) with me as she was virgin, she was late so after doing a home pregnancy test the resutls were negative, and after 10 days from our encounter she had period, 10 days late from her original date, and when the period came they were flowing heavy with little chunks, and second period came as usuall the end date of her first period, and lasted only 5 days with little chunks again but lesser then first month period.

Does this mean that she can still be pregnant, or probably have misscarriage.

***For those who say misscarriage, how can it be possible if she had her period 10 days after having sex, doesn't the egg have to find its place or so.****

Please help us!!...Thanks.

Pregnancy can go un detected with urine specimens. Due to low hormone levels, It's best to diagnose at your MD. You can spot even while you are in early pregnancy which would mimic your period. It's best to see your OB/GYN to take blood levels and possible ultrasound. Usually it takes longer than 10 days post sex for a pregnancy test to registar correctly . See the Doc. Good luck

it takes 48 hours for your egg to drop and to become pregnant.....
you period has a mind of it's own and is not going to come at the same time every month.... it may come around the same time but it is never exact....
I had a miscarriage/fallopian tube pregnancy and it was weird...I had my period the first two months and then on the third month I missed my period and then that is when I knew something was wrong..... and as soon as I got checked out I lost my baby.....
before I found out that I was pregnant I have always had crazy heavy and then light periods because I have endometriosis so your flow really depends on if you are stressed and what your body is going through at that time.
If she feels like she may be pregnant or she had a miscarriage I suggest she go and see her OB-GYN and see what is going on with her and make sure that everything is okay.....
good luck and keep me posted!

Could be many things. Women's periods are not predictable always. Stress can throw things off, making you late, heavy bleeding, etc. The chunks (blody clumps?) could be many different things but not totally uncommon during a period.

She should go to a doc. or planned parenthood if she is in pain (other than normal period pain). Hopefully she is in tune with her body, if so, she needs to listen to her body.

Good luck

It doesn't sound like she could've gotten pregnant. Stress can make your period come late and if she was freaking about being pregnant then stress was present. It's completely normal for "chunks" to be present. They're just blood clots. Most females get them at one point or another. But she should see a doc just in case.
