there not raised spots, they look like burst blood vessels under the skin, so tiny like pin heads.

I would go to a doctor asap. Tiny red dots and severe headaches can be signs of meningitis. Best to be on the safe side and have them checked out.

Hello there.
It sounds like petechiae which is caused by bleeding under the skin. If this is what you have it is caused by very serious blood disorders like Leukemia. I don't mean to scare you but that is what you are describing and it is serious. The fatigue and headaches go hand in hand with this symptom. You should see a doctor right away. Hopefully they will tell you it is something else, I certainly hope so. Please do go to your doctor as soon as possible.
Blessings,
Lady Trinity~

My eldest newborn has strawberry blond hair and honest epidermis. She receives those tiny pink dots from burst blood vessels too, exceptionally if she's been vomiting. They bypass away interior of an afternoon or 2.

I know what you are talking about. I have them too. I have had them for years, so I don't think its anything bad. I was once told that it is hormones. I'm not sure, but its sounds good to me.
