Your English is poor, but I can tell you she should not feel dizzy after she sneezes. She needs to have a good physical exam encluding an ekg.

The reason you feel dizzy when you sneeze and sneeze and sneeze is the same reason you feel dizzy if you were to take lots of big deep breaths very quickly (hyperventilation).
What happens here is that the plentiful deep breaths (which also happens when you sneeze repeatedly) causes you to get rid of a lot of your Carbon Dioxide (CO2). This is usually a good thing and happens whenever we breathe however if we overbreathe we can get rid of so much CO2 that it changes the acidity/alkalinity balance of our blood and makes our blood alkaline. The dizziness comes in association with the loss of CO2. This in turn comes from the hyperventilation. See the wiki page.
Nice try Emmarose - have a read of the wiki page to do with hyperventilation. Taking an extra deep breath is actually going to speed the process of making her dizzy.

It sounds like maybe she DOES have allergies. If she sneezes a lot, that's probably allergies. It may be that she is just starting to have symptoms.
Consider seeing her pediatrician and discussing it if she continues to sneeze a lot. Dizziness can indicate a middle ear imbalance or fluid in the ears. I frequently have problems with dizziness related to my allergies- my ears get clogged and it can make you feel dizzy.

I think it is to do with oxygen. She must expel a lot from her lungs when she sneezes, then before she can sufficiently inflate her lungs again, along comes another sneeze. Tell her to try and get a bigger intake of breath between sneezes

Every time you sneez, you pretty much lose oxygen to the brain. Thats why she feels dizzy. It's normal.

I think it's something to do with the air. All bits of dust goes up her nose and tickles it and makes her sneeze again.
