Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

LOL Honey, those stretch marks are your trophies from pregnancy. Unless you have surgery, some other kind of "procedure", or God owes you a miracle, they're there for good.
You can attempt to have them fade by applying a cocoa butter cream (found in maternity stores) to them, losing the weight, toning your body, and tanning (which is basically the same thing as trading your stretch marks for skin cancer, in my opinion). However, none of these things are guaranteed, and all of them take longer than 4 or 5 months to reach any level of effectiveness they can have.
To lose weight, I would suggest just eating a balanced diet (don't completely cut out any one food group) high in fresh (not canned) fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low in red meat, processed foods, fats and sugars. Combine high-impact cardiovascular or aerobic exercise with toning exercises (weights, crunches, etc.). Drink lots of water.
There is no healthy, long-term easy way to lose weight. Work for it, and you'll get the results you want, and be healthier in the long run.

Cant get rid of strech marks sorry. But as far as the weight, you dont have much to lose. For starters everyday take a 30 minute walk, even if its just through the grocery store get moving. And cut your calorie intake. What i perosnally do is eat a bagel and a peice of fruit every morning, A lean cusine for lunch, and then I can eat what ever my boyfriend wants for dinner and that way i don't feel like im depriving my self. good luck

I think the only thing you can do is go to the dermatologist for a cream to apply to the stretch marks. If they were on your belly then you could go get a tummy tuck-that takes care of 75% of the stretch marks. As far as losing the weight -it is hard! Watch what you eat and exercise. Just don't over do it and become obsessed with it. Don't do any of those freaky diets and don't starve yourself either. You need carbs in your diet even tho they are what gives you the fat.Just eat them in moderation. I had a friend who went on the Adkins diet and she cut out all carbs and her cholesterol went sky high- eat small healthy meals several times a day if you starve yourself your metabolism will slow Good Luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Join a gym & use the memebership. If you can't go to Wal-Mart and buy the 10 minute solution, Kickbox Bootcamp. This is an awesome video and will get you into shape in no time. Try Weight Watchers too.

You never entirely get rid of a stretch mark once they're made but you can do things to minimize them. For me after 2 kids and well I was always chubby pre-kids, the only thing that's worked is exercising. SO I run and it tones up my body minimizing the lines plus I find having a tan helps to camoflauge.

Running is the best way to burn fat. Start at 1/2 mile 4 times a week. Increase by 1/2 mile a week until you are up to 5 miles. Cut out all refined sugars and read labels. totally avoid high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup of any kind. It is total poison.

get a workout plan together...... do something that you like to do and then stick to it...you know your goal....and everyday all day put cocoa butter on those stretch marks and that will help heal and cover up the stretch marks..... good luck and have fun losing weight!
