I don't have a set so I can not speak from experience but the textbooks advise against douching. Anything that tends to make the urine and vaginal secretions more acetic is helpful. This can be anything from above 500mg of Vit. C. (that is the most you can absorb so the rest acidifies the urine) to many fruit juices that are on the acid side.

DO NOT DOUCHE. It can force bacteria further inside you and lead to infection. Your reproductive organs clean themselves, and if you're worried about smell, use water and gentle soap on the outside.
