I am 26 years old. Married for 4 years. I don't get a period so no children. I've recently lost 91 lbs in 4 months. Now that you know me....This past week I noticed that there seems to be a part of my body coming out, close to the opening in my vagina. I had my husband look at it and he says it's definately different. It's the same flesh color as my body. It doesn't hurt but it makes it difficult for anything to go inside. I mean we can still have sex, or whatever but the stuff has to be pushed out of the way. This has never happened to me before. If anyone can prevent me from going to the dredded doctor, please tell me this is normal!

My doctor prescribed Premarin vaginal cream to treat my vaginal dryness after menopause. She told me it doesn't have the side effects that you see in estrogen pills. However, all I have read online so far indicates that vaginal cream has the exact same side effects as estrogen pills. I have taken estrogen pills before and suffered severe migraines, so I am worried about testing the vaginal cream. Any experiences you can share?

I am on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo. I know I need to get my period every so often, but can I just go straight to a new pack, say, every other month? Educated and respectful responses only, please! Thank you!

I really get really bad menstraul cramps during the time my period comes each month, I take Ibuprofen and it helps somewhat, but I shouldn't take it because I have GI problems and Ibuprofen can worsen it. I haven't found anything to help over the counter, even my OBGYN hasn't helped me. They just give me birth control pills that don't work for me but get me nauseated.
Maybe there is another drug I don't know about or some type of food that works, does anyone out there know of anythinhg?

I am 5 weeks preg. and My 1st dr. app. isn't until the 13th. I have been taking sunvalley prenatal vitamins you get over the counter. Has anyone taking these before and whats the differance between these and prescribed ones.

I am going to take them with me to my dr. appt. and ask her opinion!

I would like to keep taking them though because with my 1st child I had ones that were prescribed and they made me sick these dont.

I have been experiencing occasional spells of painful bowel movements...it only really seems to hurt as it is leaving (I guess at the point of the anus?) not internally. I do not have any cuts or scratches or reasons for abbraisions or anything.

There is a little bit of blood when I wipe, but not in the stool itself, and only when I am experiencing the painful BM's.

It seems to last a few days and then does away.

I have never had children or any sort of trauma in that reigon.

Does this sound like Hemorrhoids or should I be concerned that it is something else?

So like I started my period this morning as usual and it hurts more on the first day then it ever has before, like ever since I started. I have really bad cramps and I just don't feel well at all. It is normal for me to be like nausous and have some cramps but not like this. I don't know I was just wondering if any one has had experience with periods that are worse then usual and how to feel better. Thank you

I am a 27 year old female, my bone structure is very small and thin, but Im tall. I work out five days a week and lift weights. You can see my muscles when I flex them, but they look so small! Is there any way I can make them visible when Im not flexing them? Ive been working out now for over a year, and see a little improvement, but not to my satisfaction. I've also been pregnant, (8 years ago), and I have some belly fat that I cant seem to get rid of no matter how many situps I do! Am I doing something wrong? I eat right, am active and healthy, but im not seeing any results! I just want to get a little bulkier, especially in the bicep/tricep area. Are there different exercises that I should be doing?

I hate these dumb sex questions too, but I really want some honest answers from people. For me, sex is often uncomfortable/painful. I have only ever been with my current boyfriend, so it doesn't have to do with any past experience. Also, it doesn't have to do with his size - he is by no means small, but he isn't huge, he's average.

I find that the only position I feel comfort with is missionary. I know it sounds dreadfully boring, but going on top hurts too much. It feels like the weight of my body is all hitting him, and it's too much pressure.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like I'm boring in bed because other positions aren't comfortable enough.
