I am a 27 year old female, my bone structure is very small and thin, but Im tall. I work out five days a week and lift weights. You can see my muscles when I flex them, but they look so small! Is there any way I can make them visible when Im not flexing them? Ive been working out now for over a year, and see a little improvement, but not to my satisfaction. I've also been pregnant, (8 years ago), and I have some belly fat that I cant seem to get rid of no matter how many situps I do! Am I doing something wrong? I eat right, am active and healthy, but im not seeing any results! I just want to get a little bulkier, especially in the bicep/tricep area. Are there different exercises that I should be doing?

Sounds like what you need is a personal trainer. S/he can help you far more than we can, because we don't know exactly what you have been doing.

But just for an example, people think that situps get rid of belly fat, but unless you are doing them correclty, situps emphasize belly fat. What you have to do is work with the low ab muscles when you do a situp, and make sure your belly isn't puffing out when you're doing the situp. That's a very, very common mistake, and it's frustrating, because people are doing all the work but not getting results.
So treat yourself to a personal trainer for a month, and you'll find a big difference. Once you've learned how to do the exercises properly, you can go back to working out on your own, with maybe a little refresher every so often.
Good luck to you
