if you dont shower after having an orgasm, oder-causing bateria will form. and you'll be exhausted. (i dont know if its the same for guys)

beside thirsty, if any, then tiredness n sleepiness are the only so called 'side-effects'. Having a good rest would help restore freshness of oneself. Oh yeah, you both feels great n satisfying as well.
don't worry, there isn't any negative side-effects, just enjoy it because you simply wants more[orgasm] !

the only side effect that i know of is sore muscles and the desire to sleep :o)
