i ehave to change my under like 2 or 3 times a day.
i find that they are soaked with white type discharge stuff.
but its not always white..
sometimes its yellowish..
anyone have any idea what this could be
i would really rather not go to the gyno soo..

Registered Nurse here; Hun it sounds like a yeast infection, however with a yeast infection it usually doesn't soak your panties. I would strongly suggest that you make an appointment with your GYN, no this is not what you wanted to here. But you really don't want to speculate about this. Someone could experience the exact same symptoms as you and it be an all together different type of infection. It certainly does not sound like a STD. If fact it sounds Begin, however please go for a check-up, could be something just beginning to brew, and your GYN, would be able to catch it very early. I've the same thing happen to be too ... i used panty liners.. i don't know why this happen would love to fined out but its kind of embarrassing to go ask my friends i think its natural..

Sounds like normal discharge to me. Wear a panty liner and you won't have to change your panties so often.

It could be a bateria infection. To get rid of it you need antibiotics. Just go to your gyno.. They will help you.
