get freaked out about what happened to me. I have been away from the guy 2 years but I still get, I guess you might call them flashbacks, I don't know. I still think about the bad stuff I its like I relive it a little and I get depressed. I had a dream the other night he attacked me and it freaked me out. Even now I have a low opinion of men because I think they all have it in them to treat women this way, I mean you hear these stories of domestic abuse all the time.

Sometimes I get tired in the middle of the day (around the early afternoon) and I decide to take a quick nap. I sleep for maybe 45 minutes and when I wake up I have a headache. It usually subsides after about 10 minutes after I'm up. Why does this happen? Is there anything I can do to prevent it? (Besides not taking a nap in the first place)

I took the morning after pill (after a possible problem with a condom) and then started 2 days later (a sunday) on bc because the nurse told me to. The thing is that my last period was 3 weeks before i started bc and would be due during the time im on bc and now i havent gotten it. is this because i started bc and have to wait to finish my first pack because the bc has prolonged when i get it(havent finished first pack yet) or is it because im pregnant?

I have a hair line fracture so the nurse said that i have wear a cast. how can i have a bath? i have my baths like wid a stool that i sit on and a bucket full of water and get a jug and pour the water over me. so if i wear a cast how can i have a bath??

What to eat: Help heal weathered skin with foods like raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, which are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Protein, in the form of lean meats, beans, nuts, and seeds, is also key. Keep dryness at bay by drinking lots of water, which Lona Sandon, RD, calls "the forgotten nutrient." Sandon is a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association. She recommends that women drink 92 ounces (8-10 cups) of water in the summer and men 125 ounces to prevent dehydration. Since calcium can also be lost through sweating, it's a good idea to replace it by eating low-fat dairy products like skim milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

I was checking on line what my BMI is, it says I am in the over weight category! I'm 5'3.5" and 155 pounds, and I'm 21.
I'm also 2 1/2 months pregnant!
But our family has a history of big bones and big muscles!
I dance, and walk, and i do get excercise!
Just wanted to know if the BMI is a general specualtion or if i really need to loose the weight (After I'm pregnant! duh!) to get down to where i should be?!
I try and try i just can't seem to lose the weight? (Before i was pregnant!)

I know they're skin on the top... but what is in the inside?
Is it cartilidge?
Is it fat?

I was just wondering, because I was debating this with someone... and I would rather not ask my Biology teacher a question like this.
