eating healthy and going to gym are always good ways, must make sure she works out with a friend so they can push themselves..also don't pressure her to lose the weight immediately because ultimately it is her decision of the way her body looks

I did a billy blanks tae bo tape and walked a mile a day with some weight lifting three times a week and it took me about 8 weeks to get back to where i was.
