what is your height and bone structure?

That really depends on your height and how "big your bones are". Height has a great deal to do with weight because the farther up you go vertically, the more you will probably weight (and still look as though you don't). If you're a shorter person, added weight tends to be more noticeable. Also keep in mind that family bone structure has a lot to do with it. If the people in your family tend to be bigger in size, then you probably have a similar type of structure. Keep in mind that a good weight is one that you are comfortable at and one at which you can function properly with your children.

It depends on your height and bone structure. Talk with your doctor.
