What did you have her tested for? She could have bacterial Vaginosis. I had that and sex was very painful, I burned everytime I tried to have sex.

I hope I'm giving this advice to someone who is over 18.
Did they check for yeast? That could sting.
Is she producing enough moisture? I've been dry due to breastfeeding and it burns - try using some lube.

she needs to relax alittle, you both could try lubricating jelly or start by foreplay first i know it sounds weird but try putting your fingers slowly inside her before you have sex,if this does not work even then i suggest you go with her to see her practice nurse at her doctors. good luck

See your doctor.
The amount of things this could be is huge and you need to be able to discuss it face-to-face with someone who can arrange tests to be done if they are needed.
Good luck,
Alan

What is 'hurts'? Is she in pain - or just a burning? Could be that she has a small vagina if it's pain.

STOP It! You shouldn't be having sex if you aren't married anyway! You are just asking for all kinds of trouble --
