i don't think so..
the penis has to be pretty far up in the vagina and ejaculate there for the sperm to survive long enough to fertilize the egg. it's really easy for sperm to be killed.
As I'm saying this someone is probably reading this saying "I totally got pregnant that way." though

As long as the semen is still alive, and it comes into contact with the vagina...she sure can!

NO.....however you can have intercourse and the sperm can live several days in the vagina..where did you get that information?

i agree with woodman if the sperm is close enough.it will swim up your stream.
