why is my tongue always white and not red as normal peoples, im 42 should i worry

i do brush my tongue when i clean my teeth!!

You need to do a cleanse. It can be combination of factors, including yeast overgrowth, e.g. thrush, or simply your body's septic tank - bowel - backing up, preventing your body from eliminating wastes.

u have to keep yr tongue clean. when u brush yr teeth clean yr tongue that's food particulars on yr tongue.

probably because you smoke smokee. Try brushing you tongue,if that don't work report it to a Doctor.
