I would make an appointment with my gynecologist first. Let them know what your symptoms are. Hormone levels can be checked with a blood test.
I had a hysterectomy about 4 years ago and a lot of my mood swings, depression and such that I had associated with PMS went away. Even my sex drive is back. I do take hormones now, and when I miss I know it.
Hurry, go get fixed, you got a lot of good years left.

I am 43 years old, and I used to lose at least 1 day a month from work because of sever PMS... Not to mention, I made my whole family's life a living HELL! Not only was I suffering from PMS, but I am also pre-menopausal as well! Hot flashes, you name it! I was introduced to an all natural wellness system by a friend of mine, and since I have been using it, the PMS and Hot Flashes are COMPLETELY GONE!

Oh yes, at this age, hormones will tear you up. I had a spell where I would burst into tears for no reason. I could be at work, out to dinner, anywhere and feel it coming on with no way to stop it. I went to the doctor and am a happy woman now! I was given medication (not hormones) and feel great. Definetly check with your physician so you can feel like yourself again !

It could be a combination of stress and change of life.Go to your doctor and have your hormone levels checked and talk about your stress as well.
