im tryin to quit smokin and right now i really need a cigarette what can i do im about to jus say forget it and go to the store and get a pack what should i do help thanks

Drink water everytime you want one...you can also try eating baby carrots

You are a strong person, fight your temptations, because at the end it is really worth it. When you feel like you need to smoke, take 3 deep breaths, every time you smoke you intake 65% of oxygen. So if you take 3 deep breaths, it'll make it much better. You've tried so hard to stop, don't give up. Just think about how cigarettes are so bad for your health, don't you want to live a long health life, enough to see your grand kids? It is so bad for your health. Fight the temptations, GOOD LUCK!! =]

jelly beans, they worked for ronald reagan. It has something to do with the habit of putting things in your mouth

and also, every time you find you are fighting yourself to whether you should buy a pack or not, put that 5 dollars (or how ever much the pack costs) into a special fund and at the end of the month take that money and buy something or just save it up.

Worked for my mom, she said theres a 3-day threshold when after 3 days of not smoking you start to go... "hey this is easy""

We live one life, go to the store and get yourself a pack. Just go there, its so close, hey there is an icecream shop on the way, or I can get some Haggen Daz on the way home. Does my car need gas? GO GET THE SMOKES!!!

Try chewing gum, eating baby carrots, having a hard candy in your mouth, stuff like that. Just keep your mouth occupied when you feel like you want a cigarette.

Well, do anything to take your mind off it, dont drink any alcohol or anything else that produces a buzz, it will kill your ability to keep that cigarette out of your mouth..
Go outside and just start jogging..
It might work, let me know..

Honestly I failed at trying to quit.....But Im still trying. Wanna know what helped me? Going to my room and listening and singing along to music. Also try exercising to music.

Most people who smoke have an oral fixation so it should help to suck on Dum-dum suckers. They are cheap and they helped my sister quit smoking.
