I was checking on line what my BMI is, it says I am in the over weight category! I'm 5'3.5" and 155 pounds, and I'm 21.
I'm also 2 1/2 months pregnant!
But our family has a history of big bones and big muscles!
I dance, and walk, and i do get excercise!
Just wanted to know if the BMI is a general specualtion or if i really need to loose the weight (After I'm pregnant! duh!) to get down to where i should be?!
I try and try i just can't seem to lose the weight? (Before i was pregnant!)

Hi,
I would suggest that you forget BMI.The BMI showed that Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime body building condition was clinically obese! If you have any extra muscle at all, BMi doesn't take that into consideration.
Since you are pregnant, your main concern should be to eat organic, live foods (fresh fruits and vegetables), nuts, berries, and drink plenty of PURE water. Stay away from sodas, coffee, alcohol, and all diet products like aspertame. Artificial sweeteners are poison to our bodies! If you eat right and give your body the proper vitamins and minerals -- it will continue to heal itself and balance itself out! The greatest mistake we can do is to compare ourselves with others. Each body is special -- we are individuals! Be careful to not go into hottubs while pregnant!
Walking is a terriffic way to get fit and stay fit.
I am currently using Calorad to lose weight, tone my muscles, and repair tissues and my all over body skin!
