Ok, so about twenty minutes ago I was on my trampoline doing flips when my knee hit a spot just below my eye, or on my cheek.

The pain went away pretty fast...it really hurt when it happened but it's ok now. The spot where I hit it is pinkish and I don't think it's swelling.

I've put ice on it and everything, but will this turn into a big nasty bruise or something??? I really could do without one on my face.... Can someone help please?

For the last 3 ( or so) years I've had problems with what I belive to be my sinuses, I've been through the ENT and they didnt find anything wrong. The thing is they cause me a lot of pain and irritation I was wondering if anyone could recommend any allternative therapy that may help?

Sometimes when I wake up I feel a weird pain in the middle of my spine for a few seconds and then my whole body will jerk.

Another time I woke up and it felt like was falling and hit against the bed. It actually knocked the wind out of me for a while.

Does anyone know if they are related?

What causes this to happen?

It's horrible, from the second I open my eyes till about three hours it wears off. I chew gum and it helps sometimes. Is there something, anything at all that can help?

my boyfriend was given meth on the weekend thinking it was cocaine. his behavior had been strange... he had a panic attack today.(2 days later) He's never done anything like this before.we realise the not only the legal stupidity of drugs as well as the moral and health issues too. could it have been a panic attack from the guilt of having been soo stupid?

I just got my anual flu shot yesterday and now I'm getting a cold....it always starts with a sore throat, goes away the next day and then comes back with a vengence. Just curious as to if this has ever happened to you. I know you can get sick (of some sort) after you get the shot but I don't know if it's just a common cold or if it's related to the shot. When they have to take iron 3x daily, eat well, iron tests come back as improving, then they're taken off the iron and immediately get sick again. What is usually found during the endoscopy in such a case? Please tell me it's not something like cancer.

Please help. a few months a go i took this deafness in my ear. its a build up of wax in my ear which leaves me all unbalanced an that because i cant hear out of my ear!

im on the verge of a break down because its affecting things to do with my every day. the doc keeps prescribing these drops that dont work. and he wont syringe my ear for me. this keeps comin back..

please can anyone help me out ther...

any advise.
i have tried olive oil, heated and non heated. cerumol drops, everything!

In the last year i have experienced 2 of these strange incidents .
My eyes roll, and i have to lie down, and i start to shake really badly, my arms and legs go everywhere. The first time i had one ,i had cut myself(by mistake!) and there was lots of blood, when i had the 1st experience and the second one was last night in bed ( i have an ex husband which has been making my life a bit of a nightmare) Do you think these are fits or does my body go into shock as a safety mechinism ???

I have been wondering this for a very long time. Whenever I drink I feel mentally off or unstable for quite some time. Obviously, I know, if I don't want to feel this way then don't drink and I rarely ever do. But I still would like to know why days after I've had a drink I'm almost on the edge of insanity it seems. What exactly is it that's in alcohol that's causing this or is it simply a problem in my head?

Hi, I had mega bad pains on Saturday and the doctor told me it might be kidney stones or an urinary infection. The pains were just below my ribs on my back and didnt come very frequently but when they came they where a 9/10 pain.

I have read a bit about kidney stones since then and wanted to know how long would they generally take to pass? I have been having different pains today where appendix sit 5/10 pain( I have no appendix tho) could this be the stones still travelling?

For years, since about 5th grade, i, on purpose, cut off my own air supply. Usually for about 10-30 seconds every minute or so. Im now 20 years old, and am still addicted to it and now i cannot stop. Ive tried. and i dont know what to do. And now i believe that my body has forced itself to get used to a certain air intake so i keep doing it. I need help. I dont know what to do, i just cant stop...is this an actual disorder or anything? I cant find any information on it therefore it makes me feel like an outcast. Please help

My husbands wiped out pretty bad @ the lake a couple of months ago and his ear has been hurting pretty bad since then. He says that it sounds like there is water in it but he cleans it out several times a day and it never changes. The other day he was cleaning it out and a little bit of blood was on the q-tip.
Does anyone know what is wrong with him and what he should do about it?

I have a feeling, with the strong and healthy body I have now at the age of 20, along with healthy life style choices (such as healthy food, etc.) I will be able to live forever (or at least ~150-160 years). I am even more assured given the possible cures that will emerge in the future.

How reasonable is my conviction?

I started taking abilify 10mg, four days ago.
Since then, I've had UNBELIEVABLE sickness (nasua) and restlessness.
The restlessness is NOT good considering I already suffer from Fibromyalgia.
One of the side effects I did NOT see on the list at the Abilify website is blurry vision or "cloudyness"
Every time I blink my eyes, It takes a few seconds to focus again, by that time, I'm ready to blink again. I feel like my head is in a cloud, and the blurryness or "unevenness" is really starting to bother me. it got so bad today that I had to pull over, and call my husband, who had to take a cab to come and get me becuase I coulnd't drive anymore.
Is this a NORMAL side effect that I might have missed reading about somewhere??
I KNOW that everyone experiences different side effects and that the meds affect everyone differently. I was just wondering if this is something that anyone else has had issues with.

My boyfriend got tazered 3 times and was still ok, able to function and he would have fought off the police if i wouldnt have been there, because i was having a panic attack and he was worried about me... but my question is, do you think that it would take a really strong person to be able to do this? I have heard it is really hard to still be able to fight when it happens to people. Is that true? He still had full strength, and when he was talking to parametics they were in shock. What do you think? There is really a reason for all that happend so dont be all like , "you shouldn't be with him" ,etc. please... thanks!
