For the last 3 ( or so) years I've had problems with what I belive to be my sinuses, I've been through the ENT and they didnt find anything wrong. The thing is they cause me a lot of pain and irritation I was wondering if anyone could recommend any allternative therapy that may help?

Would any sort of Rekki help?

You might want to try rinsing your sinuses with a Netty Pot. It looks sort of like a small tea pot. You put a salt water solution in the pot and insert the spout into your nostril while tilting your head to allow the solution to run out of the other side.

edit: I've never had Rekki done and am not well versed enough on the subject to opine. I would think that you may benefit more from acupuncture.

I didn't like the ear candles either. Massage helped a dislocated shoulder I had to heal and be as good as new. With the massage I also did some physical therapy exercises every day with hand weights. I am sensitive to some herbal remedies and others work great for me. I believe a few herbs are not good for what they are supposed to help, like saw palmetto. Bad stuff. The problem with alternative therapies is that not all of them do work and then, not all of them are good for every ailment. So I think every modality needs to be researched before it's tried and then, entered into with an open mind. Then if it works great and if it doesn't, well move on...
