Different people say different things,!

I just want to know whether kids grow only between 10pm and 2am? I heard something about that is when your hormones are active or something?? Please help so i can sleep with ease!

As far as I know, they don't observe the standard clock time. If they did, what would happen if there was an electrical failure, or the batteries died or someone forgot to wind the clock before bedtime? Would they be midgets? No, they grow gradually throughout the day and night.

well by using logic, children, actually anyone gets taller after sleeping. it deals with compression of the vertabrae. for kids, its probably the most ideal time for them to grow vertically anyways.

if you use a rack they can grow any time
