For years, since about 5th grade, i, on purpose, cut off my own air supply. Usually for about 10-30 seconds every minute or so. Im now 20 years old, and am still addicted to it and now i cannot stop. Ive tried. and i dont know what to do. And now i believe that my body has forced itself to get used to a certain air intake so i keep doing it. I need help. I dont know what to do, i just cant stop...is this an actual disorder or anything? I cant find any information on it therefore it makes me feel like an outcast. Please help

I think this is a mental issue that has an effect on your physical health. Human body usually adapts all the unusuals from the surroundings and learn to live with that. I think your body has adapted this air cut thing and now it thinks that it is normal to have an air cut. You know, there are some people who like to have pain on their body and they do anything to get it.
The best idea is to see a psychiatrist ASAP.
