Good for you, you've made a really good decision and forwarned is forearmed so you should start to feel anxious, a vague uneasiness in your stomach, maybe hot and cold flushes, and you will be snappy. - Just remember though that the symptoms only last 3 weeks and the longer you stick to it the easier they become. The first week is the hardest but I managed to soothe this by counting the cash I was saving!!

The pros far outway the cons, and whats a couple of weeks withdrawal compared to a lifetime of expense and poor health??

Well done you - keep it up!!

To start off, good for you!!!!!
It will depend on how long you have smoked....however if you will try drinking plenty of water to get the nicotine out of your system quicker you will experience less side effects with quitting. You can feel a variety of different things....some people experience headaches.......upset stomach....a little jittery.....but in the end it will be well worth it....
Good luck.....and keep on drinking that water......

Crap!! Is this the first time? If so prepare yourself. I've been as sick as a dog sometimes. Diarhea, headache, shakes. Just remember, it's only three days of hell. Then never take another puff. No matter how badly you want to just remind yourself that you no longer smoke.
