It's horrible, from the second I open my eyes till about three hours it wears off. I chew gum and it helps sometimes. Is there something, anything at all that can help?

The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. Mix a pinch of nutmeg powder with a table spoon of gooseberry juice, and take it thrice a day. Sip little by little ginger juice mixed with honey before you get out of bed. It sounds weird, but the only thing that I could take during that time was strawberry flavored milk. Later, when friends of mine went through morning sickness, I told them about the strawberry milk and it worked for them too!
It's most certainly worth a try.
