I know that the drug/alcohol addict would have a heart failure in the future, but I mean what sort of problems with his/her health would he/she suffer from by experimenting with, oh say, antidepressants and beer?

If they are lactose intolerant?

I asked this question earlier and someone gave me this: (probably bs)

We're all lactose tolerant at birth. Most animals stop metabolizing lactose as they are weaned, and no longer consume milk. Lifelong lactose tolerance is a mutation that probably started becoming widespread with the advent of cattle raising. Lactose intolerant people are the ones that don't have it.

I doubt thats true....is it?

I have really bad allergies, but they usually don't bother this much. I have the symptons of both a cold and allergies. Runny nose, constant sneezing, sore throat, watery eyes at times. How do you know if it's just my allergies affecting me, or a cold?

I can pee when im alone or some were no one can see me like were the toilet is usually at, butt when the toilets are occupied and the urinals are empty I cant pee because theirs
people waiting behind me or peeing near me, It pisses me off that my friends can pee any were they like, butt when its my turn there like were the hell are you going and im going to find a comfortable place to pee. Its so sad because I like to drink beer and when I do my blatter is so fool that I feel it will explode if im not somewhere comfortable peeing.

He went to the doctor today and found it out. Im 16, and my dad is only 36. I thought that was too young to have prostate problems? Will I get it? How many guys have or had this in their life?

I know people who can't seem to get rid of the stammer that affects them every time they speak.
But some other people seem to have grown out of this unfortunate problem, and are no longer affected in this way.
I'd like to know what is the best way of curing a stammer - and what is the success rate for people who undergo therapy to help them speak normally?

I just turned 14 this july.. im 5'6~~!!!
well,, three questions
1. i grew 4 inches 2 yrs. ago, was that my growthspurt?
2. my dad is 5' 10.. he said that he grew a ton when he was 14 and 15.. do you think i'll follow that pattern?
3. i want to be a professional golfer, so it would be a lot better if i'm above at least 5' 11. do you think i'll be at least 6feet?

I feel like a total freak!

I didn't really notice this until my mid twenties. I was doing paintings at a children's hospital on the room windows and sometimes noticed a sensation on my back, pain in my side, or a headache. It got so intense I stop doing the paintings. My Nephew had in eye infection and before he went to the doctors I could feel a tingle in my eye. I was doing life drawing with this woman. For about a month and a half and had a pain near my leg area and then after she said she injured herself there but it still kinda hurt. A co-worker was allergic to peanuts and was having mild hivs from them. I had a sensation in my back like when your arm or leg goes to sleep and then the blood comes back.

This is really freaking me out. Why is this happening? All this has happened before I know that the person has a problem.

I was thinking of how it is recommended today a lot it seems that people take out their wisdom teeth before complications arise to prevent possible future problems, so I was wondering why isn't the same advisable of taking out your appendix if it can spontaneously burst? Are we supposed to wait for the day that it becomes a threat before we take an appendix out, or is a problem like that so unlikely compared to problems with wisdom teeth that we don't bother as much with it?

I've had bad diarrhea since yesterday (yeah, okay. gross.) and my stomach was all....not-feeling-good. cramps, I guess. I went to sleep & then woke up & vomitted in my trash can, then went back to sleep. aaand now this morning, I have diarrhea again, but my stomach's better. What's wrong and what will help?

I am 32 and a mother of 2, my youngest is 6 mths. I have never had this problem before it has only developed in the last 3 months. I go to sleep and in the middle of the night I awake freezing a soaked in sweat... it happens every night andmore than once each night. i have removed blankets and slept in nothing but pjs and still the same result. I am at a loss has this happened to any of you? Thanks!

Lets put it this way, if you are THAT sick, stay home, dammit. I am tired of getting sick because people dont have the self respect for themselves and others to not spread their stupid colds, flues, pinkeye, etc.

this also goes for EMPLOYEES. the next time I go to a fast food restaurant and see an employee with a headcold, I am going to go ballistic. IF YOU ARE SICK, STAY HOME

I've been taking some tablets to liver detox. I'm getting lots of pain under my left armpit and my left groin area. I am wondering if this could be a sign that I am detoxing or if you think it is something totally unrelated.
