Sorry, these products do nothing but take your money. Your height is predetermined by genetics. It can be stunted by improper diet or some illnesses but there is nothing you can do to be taller without medical intervention. A doctor will not intervene unless you will be of greatly less than normal height. A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
