foods containing nitrates such as cold cuts, bacon, hot dogs, processed meats etc. can be a trigger for setting off a headache. you should try an experiment by avoiding these and see how you feel.
msg sometimes used in asian cooking can also do this.

It depends on what caused your headaches. Avoid sugary or salty foods. Stick to warm, soft sort of blandish foods such as mashed potatoes or toast with cream cheese. Good complex carbs, such as a cup of OJ, will help if your headache is due to low blood sugar. A small dose of caffeine (such as one cup of coffee drunk very quickly) can help relieve a headache, but a large dose of caffeine can lead to a rebound headache.

All alchoholic beverages, anything very high in sugar or artificial sweeteners (diet soda, etc.) especially anything that says it contains sugar alcohols on the nutrition info, and foods with a lot of spice. Some people also complain chocolate (particularly dark I think) gives them headaches.

smoked meats,caffeine,chocolate,processed foods,lunch meats my doctor gave me a piece of reading material that had the foods to avoid on them good luck
