You will continue to grow in growth spurts until you are about 18-21 years of age. Your eventual height depends on the genetics of your parents. Check out the height of your parents brothers and fathers. That should give you a general idea of the possibilities.

That was your growth spurt and many people have more than 2 growth spurts. Not necessarily you will follow your dad's pattern.Since you are still within the growing age , you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

Professional golfers come in all heights!!
You are only 14 and will grow several more years. By genetics you should expect to be at least as tall as your father.

okay, yes, you should grow taller, no worries. but, if you really want this, I mean REALLY REALLY want it, ask your doctor. they have an injection of growth hormones for short people. they are expensive, and you do have to inject yourself, but, you'll grow a lot taller!!
and, try not to worry about your appearance, forget the kids our age, they don't know what they're talking about.

you could grow more if you were doing sports like basketball,
the more you use your muscles, the more they'll grow
and remember that strong muscles make stronger bones, so the stronger your bones, the more they'll develop.
is logical, don't take hormones, do it the natural way with excersize
