Public Education talks like condoms are the cure for all our kids' sexual dangers, but I've only heard negative things about using them. No one seems to want to use them as they apparently kill off the pleasure of sex.

I personally see no need for condoms as I am an believer in abstinence til marriage and faithfulness thereafter. If you're not ready to have a baby, don't have sex. It's as simple as that. If we could all maintain that philosophy, there would be a drastic decline in these problems. Why can't we push that?

If I am in debt and I cant figure out a way out, Isnt it possible for me to see my kidney or another body organ that I can still live with. I heard you can get like $20,000 for a healthy kidney. Is this true? I know this sounds stupid and this would be a last resort but do hospitals buy kidneys or other non-essential organs for BIG money?

Everyone knows smoking is not good for their health so I want to know why anyone begins and continues to smoke. I am talking about before it gets addictive. I have only smoked 5 cigarettes in my life but I never found anything good about them. Perhaps I am ignorant. Is it the taste, the way it makes you feel, the way it makes you look or what?

I have cold hands all the time even when its hot... they dont feel cold but when i touch my face or another person they say its relli cold... my dad said its because the heat is staying close to my heart but i keep myself warm... any solutions or ideas what it cood be?

I never sleepwalk in my life, now I am almost 30 and all of a sudden I start doing it???, it's been like 3 or 4 times in a month already. My husband says I usually talk in my sleep and I have full conversations with him, but now it's like I sit up or stand up and sing or talk.

My husband is completely freaked out because I always fool him , he says he always thinks I'm awake, he never realizes I am sleepwalking, he talks to me and I reply normally but then he realizes I am sleepwalking. What can I do to stop doing it and does this warrant a visit to the doctor?, it's kind of embarrasing!.

BTW, I drink alcohol very rarely like Xmas and Thanksgiving and I have never done a drug in my life, I've read those two are related to sleepwalking but it's not my case. Help!, I am freaking out my hubsband!.

Last few years I occasionally get tonsillitis but this time one got enlarged and stayed that way. Its been three months now. It causes me to cough a little and looks like it blocks half the passage in there. Is this a problem and can tonsils develop into any other trouble? Is age a factor? I'm 55

my 3 yr old son and i live in an apartment with my dad and his girlfriend who are both constantly smoking in the house... recently i took my son to the doctor for a check up and she said that his tonsils were very big andswollen and she reccomended someday getting them removed... can it be because of the second hand smoke in the house?.... i am moving out in a month so he wont be living in a smoky apartment anymore... if it is because of the second hand smoke will his tonsills get smaller when weve bee moved out for a while?

i have been suffering from insomnia for as long as i know and its really getting to me now

i study but i am not stressed, i have a good life, obviously i do have some problems but who doesn't?

i know the usual things people say,

have a warm bath
drink warm milk -
read - i seriously dont have the patience to sit thorugh a book
relax - i always am, infact i am lazy

on the odd occassion when i do get a full night's sleep i feel lucky to be alive, its the sort of thing people take for granted and i wish i could.

i never go through a whole week geeting sleep, i usually end up catching up on my sleep in the weekend.

what changes can i make to help me overcome it? it ruins most of my days as i am not productive enough and always feel i could have done better

During a physical the doctor said he was going to check my liver and he hit on my side (not hard at all). He said it shouldn't hurt and I told him it didn't because I couldn't fail the physical (I'm in the Marine Corps). What was he checking for? Should I see a doctor?

I been feeling rather worn out lately. I have been excerising daily but notice that occasionally get fatigued. I just woke up with diarrhea and stomach bloating as if I'm sick to my stomach along with the body fatigue. I just recently got over a kidney infection approx. 3 weeks ago. Could this mean other complications. I went to the doctors the day before yesterday but didn't have the symptoms till last night? Am I worn out from over working out or something more serious. I have been under stress as well.

So, my husband started night shifts today and this is the first time I've slept without him in 5 years, and I cant sleep, and I keep hearing funny noises in the basement (yes I know it's my imagination) Any suggestions to get me to sleep? I have an exam tommorrow so I need some rest.

I'm sick with some sort of cold or flu, and the congestion in my head is really bad. I've already taken NyQuil but it's not helping. It's the middle of the night so I can't really go out and buy anything, but the pressure in my ear is killing me, the pain is almost unbearable. Are there any home remedies that can help with this? Once in awhile(maybe every 2 months, sometimes 3) I get a burst of loosish yellowish brown stools. I may have to go 2 to three times a day. There is no stomach pain, could it be irritable bowl or certain foods I cant take in? I'm male.

I live in PA and I know that my sister went halfway through RN school (about a year) then moved away. where she lives now she found out that she had enough education and training to challenge the LPN test. I was wondering if I can do this because I am graduating National Registry Paramedic school in 2 months and we have more actual skills training and about the same education as RNs except for the actual "nursing" classes (we study A&P, cardiology, pharmacology,pediatrics, pathophys., gerintology,GI,trauma, the whole nine yards, plus we can do skills such as IVs, med administration, cardiac monitoring, Defibrillation/pacing/cardioversion, airway intubations (something nurses arent even allowed to do), chest decompressions, cricothorotomy). Any ideas?? any info is great!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
