coz since 9 months they dont see light..theyr in darkness
but when once they came out..they can't bare light...

Not all babies cry when they are born! If they do not cry in the past the Nurse used to smack them. The reason being so the lungs would fill with air and then they could breath on their own. These days they vacuum out and stuff the baby might have swallowed, so they really do not need to cry if they are breathing and the heart is a beating.

so that he can take in air and his lungs begin to function. the patent ductus closes and there is blood flow to the lungs. if it doesnt close then he'll have congenital defects
