If you are talking about in a child, watch for different eating patterns, esp. in young boys. It will go from normal to extreme, either they will not eat anything or eat like they are starving to death - my son pigs out.

Watch for screaming in the night, or pains in the limbs. My son wakes up in the night, usually cries for 15 to 20 min. rubbing his legs saying they hurt. The best thing to do for that is to get him up and walk to relax the tension.
