Did you know that if you rub your hands together real fast for like a minute they'll get warm? Yes, it's true. Maybe you should give that a shot. I can care less about the temperature of your cold hands, though. I know you have a very warm heart. I mean, it's gotta be like 98.6 degrees, at least. Unless you have a fever. Then it would be much warmer. But you don't want it that warm cuz you can get sick. xoxo

Do not know the solution, however, it could be a circulation problem. Get it checked out. If you ever get pins and needles in your hands, even on a warm day, this is a sure sign of lack of blood going into the hands and/or feet etc.
Don't be alarmed about what I've said above. You just need expert advice and you can get that from your doctor.

Poor circulation, do you have cold feet too? I've got cold hands and my Dad says "cold hands warm heart " then my other half says "nothing that a pair of gloves won't sort out" typical!

Hi i started with the same problem as you cold hands and feet i ignored it for years until i started having pains in my wrists so i went to the doctors with it had tests etc and i was found to be suffering from what they call Raynard's, schelerderma its a blood circulation problem if you can catch it Early they can treat it with blood thinners but you must go and see your GP A.S.P DO NOT LET HIM FOB YOU OFF insist on a appointment at dermatology where there will take blood, please do this for me , type in Raynard's in to your search engine it will tell you more GOOD LOOK

I get this, my mum always said it's because I play too many videogames.
The truth is it's to do with blood circulation. Doesn't bother me until, like you said, you try to touch someone and it shocks them. Not good for intimate moments I can tell you!
The way to avoid it is with exercises I think. You'd have to look into it. But I am certain it's blood flow.
