my sons *** is still bleeding and its been 3 days since weve done it,this never happened before,what should i do

You don't need health insurance for that- just tell him not to blow his nose so hard for the next week.
Bloody noses happen for all sorts of reasons.

Without more info all I can say is bleeding for this long is getting dangerous forget insurance and get him to a doctor. If your financial situation is bad you can arrange to pay at fifty cents a week or whatever.and remember there is no "debtors prison" anymore. I have a hospital bill I am paying at five dollars a month.
