I am sorry but my potbelly is getting bigger, what should I do?
I notice that my potbelly is getting bigger and I cannot afford it. It disturb me and let me have looser pants and a disgusted form in my shirts. I am like a 4-month pregnant. What should I eat to get rid of that potbelly? I have a car and I don't walk or practice sport due to being busy all the day at my job. My potbelly is destroying my whole form and I want to go back with no potbelly. Please, advice me.

I drank about 1-1/2 litre of fruit juice and now I keep urinating frequently [about every 10-15 minutes]. i'm fully hydrated because my urine is water. but the problem is, i have really bad pain in my lower back when i feel the need to urinate [i think its my kidneys, or could be]. i've learnt about water intoxication and although what i drank wasn't water, could it still kill me? please help. also how can i deal with this ??

i always read about the dangers of Kundalini yoga and i have no desire to lose my mind and effect everyone in my life, but i love my Kundalini yoga video. i need to lose weight and find that it's a great workout. I am currently dealing with a pretty bad shoulder problem, and am under the care of a specialist for it. It has yet to be diagnosed, but I am still going through many tests, some extremely painful. Because of this, my pain has been next to unbearable. I have been on various narcotic, as well as non narcotic medications for about 8 months. Today my doctor decided to up my Norco (which is just a type of vicodane for those who don’t know) to 6 pills a day as needed. My pharmacist told me today when I went to fill my prescription that the dose is far too high, especially since I have been on this medication for about 4 months. I told him that I would just go to a different pharmacy, and he said not to bother because he was going to contact every pharmacy in the area and tell them not to fill the script. Is this really legal? I can understand a pharmacist refusing to fill a script, but can he really make it so I can’t get my meds at all?

My mom just found out she has three benign cysts on her liver. What exactly does this mean? Could they turn malignant? What can she do about the pain that these cysts are causing her? She won't give me details because she's afraid to worry me, but I really want to know how bad this could get. Does anyone out there have experience with this?
