Take 50 mg. Benadryl. It will make you sleepy but it will ease the itching. You should see a doctor for this problem. If at any time you feel a "lump" in your throat when you swallow or notice any wheezing you should go to the ER immediately. Rashes can become life threatening if it compromises your breathing. You may need injections of Decadron and Kennalog to get rid of this.

Funny....I have the same thing. Someone told me that is looked like a seasonal thing, so I assume, then that that means it is allergies! A little bit bumpy, itchy as heck, and all over my arms. I am going to try an anti-itch allergy cream tomorrow. You try too! Good Luck!

take benedryl and go to the er. you may have hives. are you stressed or worried, because nerves and anxiety can cause the same reaction as an allergy sometimes. if your taking a new medicine stop.

Take anti-allergic meds, be sure to check also if you're allergic to the meds you take too.
A Few days without doctor is inexcusable, consult one now, that could be some rash you're developing that you don't know of.

take a shower and once your body dries but cream from suave always works for me
