I find the smell of fresh clothes, untainted by cigarette smoke to be what I like to breathe in, nowadays..
As for a habit, oh, breathing clean air, not coughing up a lung after a pack of cigs in 12 hours..

I eat sunflower seeds, the ones without shells, all the time. I eat ice cubes too. I also drink a lot more bottled water now & I go for a lot of walks. This Sunday will be1 year for me, since I quit smoking! It's still hard at times, I still crave them, especially when I get really stressed out over something, but most of the time I'm really happy that I quit!

After smoking for abt 25 years I quit 38 years ago. I ate snacks and counted the time since the last smoke. Snacks consisted of cookies, fruit etc. Eventually it dropped off and everything went back to normal. If you have truly quit I want to congratulate you, so many people stop and start over again, I did, but then I stopped again for good, two years after my father died from throat cancer.

I've stopped smoking for over a year now (after 27 years of smoking) but now I'm hooked on these damn Commit Losenges. I was supposed to be off those months ago. I guess I've just switched addictions. BUT I feel much better.
