I only want to take a shower once a day. Which is the best time, before going to bed at night or after getting up in the morning?

After getting up in the morning means that you'll be afresh.

Before going to bed means you'll have a soung night sleep.

you make the choice.

When u feels tired n ennui... @ that time Bath will relax u.. And also the main purpose to remove dust particles from body...

If u take bath @ night time, then it will relax u.. u will have good sleep at night... No bad thought or dreams...

If u take bath in the morning after getting up, then u will feel fresh to do morning work... Like handling office work.. can study well... In short, u will b feeling to do work...

So choice is yours... I prefer to take shower on both times... I have mentioned benefits of both..

There is no best time...unless you feel really dirty (or are). Taking a shower in the morning is a good way to wake up and start the day fresh. But some people really need a shower when they return from work...all stressed and sweaty, road rage...Personal choice would depend on that.

When you get up. That way you can feel fresh. But if youre in asia then you need to take a bath 3 times or youll have a bad bo problem.

first thing in the morning.

It will help you wake up and people are known to sweat at night so it helps clear the sweaty smell

If it helps you get up and get going in the morning then have it then.
If it helps you sleep and you have more time at night then maybe then.
