There is nothing that I've heard of to dissolve kidney stones without medical treatment....I've passed three stones and I have 3 more "lingering".

Stone #1 was passed after some medication perscribed to me in the ER (Tylox....IE Oxycontin (sp?))

Stone #2 was passes after Lithotripsy. They don't use the tub of water anymore. The Litho hurt as much as the stone itself.

Stone #3 was passed after "self medicating".....IE LOTS of beer. This option was my favorite. Beer make you have to pee and has numbing properties......duel benefits....how could you go wrong...lol.

I would follow the Doctor's instructions and hope you pass the stones. If not, there is a way a surgeon can use a lazier to break them up so you can pass them. Good luck.

WATER... WATER... WATER!
Drink lots of water. Flush your system to the extreme. Eat lots of plain yogurt. Yogurt contains "active cultures" which essentially eat the bad bacteria in your system. If you are predisposed to kidney stones keep these 2 items as part of your regular diet to prevent recurrence
