my eyes are burning and they are fire red...they werent that bad eallier today...i thought it was just minor allergies so when i got home i took my contacts out and they were covered with mucus like stuff and my eyes have only gotten worse...they burn every time i look around...any ideas what is wrong?

ive had pink eye and it didnt cause severe pain like this and now there is bloody discharge comming from my eyes

You probably have an eye infection which at times is easy to get. Even a speck of dust can cause this. I wouldn't put the contacts back in for awhile and do see your eye doctor.

u can have pink eye, or u may need to get new contacts. but if u have allergies u need to talk to your doctor it would be beater in the long run
