I've had neck problems the past few months, and my Dr said its my posture and stuff and im putting strain on my neck muscles. Well, i went to physical therapy, and the pain started to go away, then came back. So the Dr did an X-ray, and my neck and stuff is fine, 100% a-ok. Well, i was at the gym today, and i was usin this machine that works your chest.Your arms are on your sides holdin this bar and you have to pull it to the middle of you using your elbows, your back is against this backrest, and you pinch your shoulder blades together, and do as i said.When i was doin it, my back came off the backrest, and then i guess i started usin my back muscles a little bit, and i felt pressure at the top of my spine, but i got out of the position i was in, and then it was fine.Well, i worked a bit today other than the gym, and i felt super tired afetr the gym, and i really do now, could somethin bad have happened when i felt the pressure? No crack, no pop. Should i stop bein paranoid?Sleep? Lol
