What are the symptoms of Subarachnoid Haemmorrhage?

Symptoms are :

1.Headache is extremely severe,not experienced by the patient previously & located in the occipital region & upper cervical region.It is splitting & thunderclap in character.There may be radiation of pain from the cervical region to both sides of the body to arms.Patient feels as if he is struck by a blow.
2.Vommiting occurs at the onset & is due to sudden increase of intracranial tension.Therefore,it is usually not preceded by nausea.
3.Rapid loss of consciousness.
4.Convulsive seizure may be seen.
5.Symptoms may be altogether absent.
