i started throwing up arly saturday morning(3am). after sometime i was puking bile. i threw up the whol day. Went to a doc who treated me for fever and low b.p(90/60) but not for this issue. I did not eat much since saturday.. but i haven't crappd since then not that it hurts ..but is this something serious?

Why can I not get free glasses from my optician? When I got my kidney infection, I got antibiotics £6.00, they made me better so I could work, My heart is treated free except prescription charge.
Yet I cant get glasses or contact lenses on prescription. I could not work with out them (pay taxes, would need to recived benefits etc.) but I have had to save for months to afford a decent pair? It that not biased against people with sight problems..
I am grateful for my corrected vision by the way.

I keep getting cramp really badly in my feet when i start to fall asleep! Its starting to annoy my boyfriend too as when i get it i have to jump out of bed and walk around for a bit! It really hurts - why is this ? Help!

im currently doing a home study in plumbing,ive got a lot of enthusiasm,hopes and wishes and just want to crack on with it and complete and pass asap so i can get out there and earn lots of money so my wife and stepson can have a better quality of life,i just want the best for my family and really dont want to let them both down,my wife is super supportive and means the world to me,trouble is it just seems to be takin forever to actually get into it,i just dont seem to have the time or energy to study,im so tired all the time,its stressing me out.im a lorry driver and up at 6am and get home anywhere between 5 and 6pm,shattered,tea,shower relax then bang!!!,im zapped of all "get up n go",i get about 6 hrs or less sleep a nite and nod off at the wheel occasionally,i just feel so tired when i come home and really want to be able to study very hard,this course has cost a bomb and it means so much to pass,how can i combat all of this and still find time to relax and cwch in with my wife.

i have this problem, no matter how little sleeep I've gotten the last night, how tired i feel during the day, when night comes, i just cant fall asleep! i only feel a bit tired, and when i try to sleep, i cant!! i think its anxiety, but my dad says its cause i dont get enough physical activity. which one of us is right?

3 inches below the right knee cap and off to the right about an inch and a half is this area where I get a horrible stabbing sensation of I put sideways pressure on it, like when squeezing the leg withg on open hand from opposite sides.

It only happens if my leg is straight and I can feel it when I walk too if I twist it just slightly. Has been going on for at least a week now.

i keep feeling these weird twinges in the back of my neck (at the base of my skull) and they are audible, kind of like a squishy noise. it almost feels like my spinal cord. it's not painful, just an odd feeling. what could it be? i was thinking nerve damage but hopefully someone could be a bit more specific. (im a 23 year old female, if that's of any consequence.)

I was just wondering, does physical abuse run in families?? Or where does it come from?? Where does bad anger and mean - ness come from?? For someone who doesn't drink (except on special occasions, which is very rarely) and who's fathers father beat his wife, is it possible for him (the child) to do the same thing?? Or at least some of the same stuff?? The only thing the childs father did while they were growing up was yell alot. He never laid on hand on any of the kids. Just wondering. Thanks for your help.
