Do you eat ok, plenty of banana's for potassium and lots of water, to prevent dehydration.
Ask your boyfriend to give you a foot massage every night.
Also make sure your room is not to cold. Try wearing night socks.
See a chiropodist to see if they can help!!
Good luck, much sympathy going your way.

Hi there,
I had the same problems when I was younger and I found out that I had a lack of calcium . And as soon as I started to take tabletts for it , it eased the cramps. So the best is to try to get some calcium supplements, ask your GP if thats not improving.
Good luck CG

Get into the habit of giving yourself, or getting your boyfriend, to give you a foot massage before going to bed. This will ease the muscles and stimulate the blood flow. 5-10 minutes each foot should do it. If you are lazy or the boyfriend won't co-operate then use one of those foot massage machines. They will do the job but not as nice as a proper foot massage.

It could be a deficiency in your system, such as low potassium levels. that will cause muscle cramps to happen. also, my girlfriend who has lupus, she has to wear shoes that keep her feet snug or she gets really bad cramps in her feet. you may also have alot of toxins in your blood. drink more water, eat more fresh fruits. and my girlfriend also told me that if you take some canola oil, or vit. E. oil. it will help to ease the pain. kinda like oiling the squeaky joints on a bicycle. hope this helps.

It's usually lack of water and salt in your system. Drink lots of water. And a quick way to get rid of the cramp when it strikes is to point your toes down as far as you can like in ballet.

Drink more water (lack of water causes cramps) and wear socks because your feet are cold.

when water is not enough in our body, blood becomes thick and circulation is difficult
so drink plenty of water
also do stretching excercises.
it might be due to some deficiency also,so in case it does not stop, consult ur doctor
