Anyone is tells you there is a cure is talking nonsense. If what you have really is a cold, then there is nothing out there to cure it. Medicines blunt the effect, but nothing cures. Take Benedryl and anti-congestants, but I suggest going to your doctor to make sure it is just a cold, but it probably is, and don't worry...colds can last a very long time, especially in the winter. If your doctor says it is just a cold, then he'll probably tell you some effective medicines. BUt if the cold isn't that bad, just get medicines and skip the doctor...you don't want to look silly!

Take 20 black peppers gently crack them ( do not powder) pour the content into a vessel with 50 ml of water and boil till it becomes 25 ml then filter it while it is hot and drink the decotion after it has fully cooled. Do this 2 or 3 times a day and your cold will vanish in 24 hours.

After 2 weeks of a possible cold, hat has not gone away, i would suggest visiting a doctor. You might have more than just a cold and might need antibiotics to deal with it. Bronchitus and pneumonia are possible sideeffects of your cold.

Multivitamins, green tea extract, garlic Extract, vit C tabs.. just increase your immune system, don't just hide the effects with Tylenol or any of those other 'feel-good' medications.

Sleep whenever you have the opportunity to. I have experienced it too but when I start sleeping more, the cold just went off.
