I recently quit drinking (exactly 8 days ago, but who's counting?) I'm only 26, but felt that my drinking was occuring a little too frequent, but now I don't know what to do. I don't know what to replace drinking with. So I guess what I'm asking is does anyone have any sugestions on what to do for fun. (without alcohol or drugs)

I have been addicted to pain killers for about a year and a half. I would take tylenol 3 and oxycodone sometimes once a day or every other day. I stopped taking them on sunday its very hard to deal with. I beleave I can do this. One problem I have to get a medical report in 2 weeks time. Will the drugs be out of my system by then. I know its very stupid to do these drugs if I had of known it would be this hard to stop I know I would not of started. does anyone know what will help me cope with this. I need to do this I don't want to go on like this.

Okay my allergies have been acting up really bad today. So on my lunch break I went to CVS and bought some allergy med. I just picked up the cheapest kind, got in my car and took one. I wasn't thinking about getting the non drowsey ones instead of the drowsey. I at work now and can barely hold my head up because I am so sleepy. Any idea of how long this will last or any suggestions on what to do?

Have you experienced this before? It's definitely not the common case of hiccups. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

i get sick quite often, almost every other week! literally a cold, flu, or just plain sick. the work environment is FREEZING. i have a heater, i wear layers, and i'm still cold. i drink hot teas and coffees. i'm still cold. and one time my boyfriend mentioned that i sometimes smelled like mold when i met him right after work, and then later he said it went away. but that was very distressing to me... how do u find out if there is mold at the workplace?

also, the hot water has been broken for awhile now, is that illegal? it is a typical business building, it is not a crap hole or anything, but that doesn't mean that they may not be maintaining things properly right?

I was recently prescribed trazadone and ibruprphen 800 mg. both cause me to retain fluid. I have been taking a diuretic for high blood pressure for years and urinate frequently. since the two new prescriptions my urine output has declined and I am retaining fluid. now I have a UTI and am concerned that the new meds are the problem.
