Yes, it is. We humans have an internal mechanism/system that acts in misterious ways. How much you dislike your job can account for the severity of some illnesses, but your attitude, as in all aspect of life, is the one that makes the difference between good and bad effects. You only dislike your job or does it include the people in it? There's certain things you can do to avoid others affecting you and the first step is attitude. Now if you dislike it so much it affects your health, how come you haven't looked elsewhere? Nothing is as important as your health, for without it, nothing will last. Not even a high-pay job. Take care

Absolutely, The thought of you having to do a job which you dislike is depressing you 24/7, you are not happy, and as long as you continue to dislike what you do then your mental state will grossly deteriorate, you would be wise to find another job, where you will feel happier.

yes if you think about it all time, you can change this if you start thinking why you dislike your job,
than start to do what you think it will help you to make your job easy and slowly slowly you will start to forget the illness and do same exercise to keep your blood circlet and you will by fresh all time I hope.

You can have too much stress that creates somatic illnesses and/or disorders. Google it and go see a doc. They will probably refer you to a counselor or a psychologist.
Look up: "somatoform disorders".
