Dear Me! You will work yourself into the ground a this rate! It is nice to see someone in this day an age with a good work ethic!
As you have found, sometimes there are not enough hours in the day, but if you get yourself all stressed you are going to make things worse.
First of all, you DO need to get a good nights sleep especially with the job you do.
Second, set aside study time, perhaps once a week on a day off and stick to it. Even a few hours will make you feel that you are making headway.
The nature of home study is that you study when it is convenient to you. There isn't any teacher standing over you with a belt! - Give yourself a break, you're doing a great job.

Good Luck with the course.

Self hypnosis. When you go to bed Picture you're feet and say: Relax,Let go,Sleep. Do this for every part of you're body all the way to the top of you're head. When finished with that task. With you're eyes closed look up towards the top of you're head. You will feel you're eyelids flutter. Then count down from 100 telling you're self to relax deeper with each number you go down. when you get to zero just fall asleep. You will be amazed at the results 5-6 hrs can seem like 8-10 You can also do this when you get home. Have you're wife lightly wake you after 30-45 Minn it will seem like you just had 3-4 hrs of sleep. This really works. I know I do it every night. You can also train you're mind by doing this. Like to quit smoking
loose weight, study better etc...

Been going through this now for 4 years taking an OU degree. Up at 04.30, work between 07.00 and 18.30, get home for an hour with the kids, then study till 10 and off to bed. I even get the books out in my breaks.

I focus on what it will bring me and my family, and try to enjoy it for what it is. It won't last for ever - plus I found changing my diet really helped - honestly - more fruit and veg (raw), oily fish, and loads of water (cut-out caffeine). Less red meat and fatty food helps.
